The rooms were beautiful, Japanese-style with great lake views and a balcony. Quiet and comfortable with free tea and snacks. The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious. Helpful staff and good air conditioning.

the breakfast was a highlight with a mix of Japanese and Western options that were enjoyable. The hotel staff also provided great assistance with carrying our luggage through the steps to the elevator, which was a relief traveling with a baby and large suitcases. The air conditioning was also in great working condition, which was beneficial in the summertime.
The view from our room was not picturesque with an industrial yard in sight, something that we hoped for with the natural beauty of the area. the location of the hotel was a bit secluded with not many choices nearby for dining except for a HottoMotto Bento Shop and the WiFi was unreliable with a weak signal that made it difficult to use.

This hotel provides a comfortable, Japanese-style room with peaceful surroundings. Guests can enjoy the lake view from their balcony and sometimes even watch fireworks. the air conditioning works perfectly, which is ideal for summer. the breakfast is mouth-watering and offers Japanese and Western options. the staff is helpful and assists with great care in carrying the luggage to the elevator. If you are looking for cultural places and beautiful nature, this location provides a good base to explore the area.
The WiFi connection can be weak and disappointing.

The rooms were well-furnished and spacious with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. the Japanese-style breakfast was especially delightful. the hotel is located near many cultural places such as Temples and Shrines which made the visit an enriching experience.
The WiFi was unreliable and the signal strength was weak, leading to connectivity issues. the hotel is also located in a remote area, which can make finding good places to eat a challenge.

We were impressed with the hotel staff who helped us with our luggage upon arrival, as we were travelling with a baby. The Japanese-style rooms had beautiful views of a nearby attraction and were equipped with toilets. Our room was peaceful and came with complimentary tea and Japanese snacks.
Everything was spot on , and we can't think of any negative comments to share.
